Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Biblio (the “Company”) and its members, as well as other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the 3D platform “Grimoire” and its related services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • “Service” means the Grimoire software and related services that a member may use regardless of the device (PC, mobile, and other wired/wireless devices).
  • “Member” means a customer who accesses the Company’s services, enters into a service agreement with the Company under these Terms, and uses the services provided by the Company.
  • “Paid Service” means the various online digital content and related services that the Company provides for a fee, and is classified into the “Subscription” type and the “Pass (Coupon)” type depending on the payment method.

Article 3 (Payment and Types of Paid Services)

The paid services provided by the Company are offered in the following two ways.

  • Subscription (auto-renewing payment): fees are automatically billed and charged at set intervals (monthly/annual, etc.) through the payment method registered by the member.
  • One-time Payment (Pass/Coupon type): a single payment issues a digital code (coupon) that allows use of the service for a specified period. The issued coupon may be registered to the member’s own account for use, or gifted to another person.

Article 4 (Obligations of Members)

  • Members shall comply with these Terms, the relevant laws and regulations, and the usage policies announced by the Company.
  • Members shall manage their account (Google login) and license with the care of a good manager, and may not transfer, lend, or provide them as collateral to any third party without the Company’s consent.
  • Members shall not engage in acts such as misappropriation of another person’s information, registration of false information, fraudulent use, reverse engineering, or automated attacks on the service, or infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.

Article 5 (Provision and Suspension of the Service)

  • The service is, in principle, provided 24 hours a day, year-round.
  • The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the service where there are unavoidable reasons such as system inspection, expansion or replacement, equipment failure, or natural disaster, in which case it shall give prior notice. However, where there is an urgent reason that makes prior notice impossible, the Company may give notice afterward.

Article 6 (Termination of the Agreement)

A member may terminate the service agreement at any time by withdrawing membership. Upon withdrawal, the processing and destruction of personal information shall follow the Company’s Privacy Policy, and the termination and refund of paid services shall follow the relevant laws and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall be exempt from liability for the provision of the service where it is unable to provide the service due to a natural disaster, server failure, or other force majeure.
